Achieve Your Goals With An Online Program

Fully customised for your goals and body and can be completed on your schedule. Your online program will be updated and progressed monthly, so that your progress doesn’t plateau and you don’t get bored with your program. This subscription service includes a 30 minute check-in with me once a month, in person, or via phone/FaceTime - whichever is convenient for you! 

 

I will use the information from our optional check-ins and the training data that you input in to your Teambuildr app, to ensure that your training stays aligned with your goals and keeps pushing your physical capacity.

 

Each 4 Week Block, you receive;

 

  • Your individualised strength and conditioning program, fully customised for your body and your goals, delivered to you online via the TeamBuildr app (up to 4 training sessions a week)

  • One 30 minute check-in meeting/call with me per month.
